TG Associates will hold a
significant role in client engagements, and will be required
to communicate professionally on all levels of client &
team contact. The associate outsourcing consultant will possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to complete assigned projects, develop, initiate and implement innovative business analysis, support the creation of presentations and proposals to clients, work on multiple projects and deliver high quality work. Key responsibilities will involve project management
with key clients in multiple verticals to include Finance,
Retail, Healthcare, Transportation, Energy, and Manufacturing.
Project Management will involve, planning projects, interfacing
with the client, facilitating meetings and ensuring timely
execution of all engagements. Analytical skills will involve
designing diagnostic approaches, conducting interviews,
analyzing qualitative data, creating client deliverables
and writing white papers to support marketing ideas.
We need candidates with 2+
years of consulting experience from a major outsourcing
or consulting firm and knowledge of the outsourcing lifecycle.
Successful candidates will posses previous experience working
on BPO and IT outsourcing pursuits which will include working
with multiple teams, developing project plans and estimating
team/customer management. Strong knowledge of the outsourcing
service market and outsourcing services such as HRO, F&A,
CRM, Help Desk, applications management, infrastructure
management, and Shared Services conversion to outsourcing
are a must.
- 5 years work experience
- 2-3 years of Project Management experience,
preferably in a consulting environment or with a major outsourcing
firm
- Experience with RFP and RFI
- Global Outsourcing Services experience
a must
- Demonstrate ability to define, maintain,
implement and improve process across organizations and geographic
locations
- Able to coordinate multiple groups
and facilitate communication
- Excellent organization and oral/written
communication skills
- Able to develop executive reports
and presentations
- Must be able to travel to all client
sites
