assessment and transformation. As a recognized leader
in using outsourcing to achieve optimal effectiveness,
Ed provides comprehensive advice to clients on all HR
issues within information technology and business process
outsourcing contracts.
As the former founder and CEO of PeopleSolutions, and
a pioneer in this field, he led the company through
a decade of incredible growth and consulted with clients
such as EDS, Texas Instruments, Blockbuster, Sevin Rosen,
Price Waterhouse, Perot Systems, Nokia, National Semiconductor,
SGS-Thomson, Frito-Lay, Pepsico, Sysco Foods, Compucom,
Accenture, and KPMG. Under Ed’s leadership PeopleSolutions
was named to the Inc. 500 and was recognized as the
Portfolio Company of the Year by the The National Association
of Small Business Investment Companies.
In addition to being certified in the U.S. as a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Ed holds a BS
