Micky brings over 20 years of extensive industry experience and an extremely successful record of negotiating and delivering IT and BPO sourcing arrangements. As a pioneer in the development of innovative Joint Venture Sourcing Methodologies, Micky has the unique and proven ability to negotiate fair and yet innovative contracts. Micky’s experiences cover an impressive variety of innovative offshore solutions utilizing resources from low cost zones in China, India and Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining TG Micky served as President at Brierley & Partners, a CRM company that provides management consulting, custom technology solutions, and outsource services. Micky transformed the company from a direct marketing only company to a CRM service provider improving revenue and diversification of Brierley’s service offerings. Before Brierley Micky served as a partner at Ernst & Young where he helped build and manage the global outsourcing practice from its inception to maturity. He was instrumental in the development of practice methodologies and partnership arrangements, and led numerous sourcing engagements. Prior to that Micky was a Vice President, leading a division focused on the Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Hi-tech industries.
