SA: Strategy Advisory
This offering is aimed at helping organizations determine their overall sourcing strategy for internal and external resources, including identifying opportunities for cost reductions, and improving free cash flow. A key component is determining the sourcing scope (insource/outsource) options and the business case for (and against) outsourcing. We advise clients on specific critical issues to consider in determining the business case, or we can review and comment on a business case already formulated. The main focus is determine the cost and free cash flow and then link any direct savings to the income statement and the balance sheet.
ISPS: Insourcing Service Provider Structuring
This offering is aimed at providing organizations the ability to leverage the capabilities of its internal staff and resources across the entire enterprise to achieve and sustain performance excellence. The underpinning is a concentration of common management practices in a business-oriented unit focused entirely on delivering highest-value services at the lowest cost to internal customers. This service stimulates greater accountability than having multiple points of responsibility and varied management practices. Additionally, this service provides the internal organization with the pricing structure to charge for services rendered vs. being part of an overhead allocation. Customers know what each service costs and can influence both the cost and level of service they receive.
