This service starts with oversight of the transaction of services to the new vendors operating environment and continues with ongoing support throughout the term of the deal. We conduct monthly, quarterly and annual true up reviews, including contract modifications to ensure the relationship continues to be aligned and the agreement is meeting the client’s expectations.
