Transition Alignment
This offering is aimed at a full range of general counseling
services covering all aspects of outsourcing agreements
and ongoing relationship alignment to ensure the relationship
is sustainable. This service starts with oversight of the
transaction of services to the new vendors operating environment
and continues with ongoing support throughout the term of
the deal (typically 5-7years). We will conduct monthly,
quarterly and annual true up reviews, including contract
modifications to ensure the relationship continues to be
aligned and the agreement is meeting the client’s
cash flow expectations.
