Larry Gaulin has nearly two decades of successful management and delivery experience with information technology services in both established and entrepreneurial organizations. Before joining Trowbridge Group, he was a Senior Account Manager with Ernst & Young’s Global Operate outsourcing services team. As one of the founding members of the new outsourcing services line, his strategic project management skills were a significant contribution in growing the practice to more than $1 billion in yearly total contract sales and over $400 million in annual revenue in seven years. His major contributions included: on-site Account Manager for a BPO Joint Venture located in Hong Kong for a major retail company, leading the large scale due diligence effort for a $1.2 billion transaction with one of the largest power generators in North America, and lead Account Executive responsible for management of a $24 million long-term outsourcing deal with a food additives company.

Prior to Ernst & Young, Larry worked at EDS where he began his career in Operations Support, excelling through the technical and project lead ranks to Account Management. He gained extensive experience with EDS in large-scale project management during his 12-year tenure with expansive technical experience from multiple roles including programming, systems administration, and implementation of mid-range computer systems.

Al Kruml joins the Trowbridge Group with leadership experience that covers over 13 years as an IT executive within the planning, and delivery of effective IT solutions.
